Volunteer:
There are literally hundreds of volunteer opportunities around the Puget Sound for trail, river, beach cleanups and other environmentally conscious activities. In the future, we hope to filter these and pick one every couple of months that we can support in numbers as a club.
In the meantime, here are some organizations that organize cleanup and other restoration projects:

http://www.stillysnofish.org/ - The mission of the Task Force is to ensure the future of salmon in the Stillaguamish and Snohomish River and Island County watersheds.
http://www.wta.org/ - "We protect hiking trails and wild lands, take volunteers out to maintain trails, and promote hiking as a healthy, fun way to explore the outdoors".
